I think that might be a typo in the women’s brains section. Less than 10% of what men’s brains weigh, but then later on they say men’s brains are “slightly” heavier? Something ain’t adding up. I think they forgot a digit.
Nope. Female brains are 10% less than men’s. That number isn’t the total. It’s the difference.

According to this source: https://scicentric.org/human-wattage-generation-efficiency apparently at rest our bodies generate about 100W, and during activity it can increase to 200W or even 2000W in extreme cases. That's the whole body, not just the brain, though IMO the relevant one is how much it takes to run the full meat suit, not just the firmware.
You can't be pedantic about someone calling the brain "meat" and then call it tapioca pudding.
