Is msg an actual traditional ingredient? I thought I had no tradition in hand made Asian food before pot noodles came out
afaik it's definitely used now in home cooking (i see it used in chinese and vietnamese cuisines where i learned to make these types of soups so idk about other cuisines) but i'm sure it can depend on the household or person cooking it. it really does make the soup extra tasty though 😋
