While this is funny as fuck, Grindr issued a statement saying this isn't true. There were more reports on DownDetector for the app in Dallas area, but user-generated reports from a third party monitoring service =/= an actual outage.
It may mean there are more users in the area at the time, though, which is still funny.
[EDIT]
Not sure why it become a parent comment, but I was responding to someone about Grindr being reported as "down" in the city.
There is no mention of down detector or grindr in this article?
Edit: ah I see you were likely trying to respond to a comment further down.
Both can be true. Grindr's statement doesn't disprove this claim and is in fact compatible.
"Grindr's down, boys! Time to go home."
They nutted within five seconds of seeing Hassan’s rippling muscles and were done.

Can someone explain to me why they were even showing pictures of him there? The purpose was what?
They’re closeted gays and hence, project their internalized self-hatred onto others as intense homophobia. That’s the only rational explanation for it.
Like the other person said, but also I think in their minds it was an own like "this is the type of stuff the far left radicals post vs the strong patriotic messages of the far right" but it didn't land how they thought it would
Plus they blurred his junk
Yeah because Trump certainly would never post some slop of himself jacked and without a shirt ..
Purpose? Eh, I don't know what the purpose was. The reason is because the Republican party is obsessed with Hasan, like in a sexual way.
Grindr was down.
It was pretty funny watching a Jon Stewart segment today were they kept asking Republican candidates if they would attend and they all had their excuses ready.
All of a sudden, all the republicons have to wash their hair.
EAT LEAD SYMBOL OF PEACE!
I want someone to go around and ask them a serious question, let them spew their propaganda, and for a follow up question, ask them what their Grindr handle is, if they were aware it crashed again, how they feel about that tragedy, and if they managed to make a date before it predictably crashed.
They're only going to get one shot at it, so make it good.
Probably because Grindr keeps going down. They'd improve their numbers if they payed to stand up some new servers.
What do u think all this data center stuff is really about?
The fact that literally anyone cannot see it's all for surveillance of citizens just boggles my mind. Like what else could possibly take up that much area, memory, and energy consumption. Sry just needed to vent about the chucklefucks claiming it's for Claude to learn how to make better photoshops.
I think Elon has made it pretty clear that it's to generate CP
Nothing left to do there after they crashed Grindr I guess
If Grindr's down, what's the point? Besides, Lady G and her Ladybugs threw all the best parties. It's just not the same without her.
This is the conservatives' de facto leader. 🤣
