It's an image with text and picture, posted to the internet.
Apparently this was in Detroit in 2020. A similar thing happened a few years earlier in West Seattle. Black guy went into a Wa. Mutual to deposit a check and the bank people thought it "didn't look right" so they called the cops and charged him with check fraud. During the week or so he spent in jail, he lost his job, got evicted from his apartment, and gf broke up with him. He sued the bank and it took a couple years but he won.

We have no idea what their relationship was like - for all we know she could have seen this as one more in a series of lies he told. I'm not saying that's what happened, I'm saying WE HAVE NO FUCKING IDEA. It makes no sense to characterize a person based on a single bit of third- or fourth-hand information you see somewhere. Racism is everywhere not just in America, it is just hotter issue on USA, because maybe leaders does fight it and it upsets racists. In other countries (especially more homogenous) it is often accepted by everyone as normal.
It's only racism if it comes from the USA region of North America. Otherwise, it's just sparkling discrimination.

Those messages I see from tankies while China and Russia are very racist. Russia even one of the biggest Nazi concentrations. Even right now putin is especially recruiting non ethnic Russians from Asia regions to send to Ukraine and can afford losing so many people because ethnic Russians didn't care about them in face they hate them.

Yes, I also think all of this you claim it's true. However, I don't recall China pretending to spread freedom in other countries nor Russia pretending to be the beacon of morality around the world. The USA has taken (and enjoyed) those titles heavily, it is only fair we point out how hypocritical it is
