There is another fish (kobudai) when the female reaches a critical size and age she goes into hiding, transitions and emerges as male. I think they live near Japan.

I think that's more transsexual, I don't think fish have a concept of gender (and even if they did, you wouldn't know their internal identity just because they changed sex)
