Plain greens with no visible dressing
Hollandaise definitely from a packet
No runny yolk

i concur

on our balcony at home, gf made the bread toasted (i don't like muffins) and her hollandaise recipe, her greens and ham from a local piggery an butcher

Playes a Royal Doulton "made in England" on the back, found at a local thrift shop, table was an old table left behind by the previous owner brought back to life
