The US stopped supporting Ukraine the second that Trump took office again.

So I'm not really sure what the US has to do with Ukraine's success or failure any more, except Trump wanting to be seen as a "winner" so warming to Zelensky as Ukraine starts to get more effective at destroying Russian war infrastructure.

I don't want to watch this video. I think I'm going to hate it. I don't want to hear him say what exactly he thinks about Europe from his trip to the Baltics.
WRT Russian minorities I will say this: The SU used to deliberately thin out local populations in the countries it ate up by sending dissidents and others to Siberia, while moving in Russians or people from elsewhere in the SU. To this day Russia makes claims on these countries for their Russian minorities. And the invasion of Ukraine shows how dangerous this can become.
These side by side chats are such a trash replacement for proper journalism. At least newspapers labelled their opinion columns back in the day. It's all opinion now.
The hate for Russians isn't bigotry, it's fucking consequences.
