He's just a kid, who took a wrong turn, and is from a good family. He's obviously going to turn his life around. In 10 years, my best guess is the guy's likely to become a surgeon.

Those flock cameras are known to aggressively attack. Im absolutely certain this was in self defense.

It was coming right at me!

[–] mecen@lemmy.ca 3 points 10 hours ago

If I was in US he has my vote

[–] Tollana1234567@lemmy.today 4 points 12 hours ago

" we dint see anything" maybe he was shooting at the gun range.

[–] NauticalNoodle@lemmy.ml 3 points 11 hours ago

[–] caboose2006@lemmy.world 7 points 15 hours ago

Fuck dude. I'm moving there and voting for him

[–] antiphon@lemmy.world 11 points 17 hours ago

I mean, based? Elect him

[–] dan69@lemmy.world 20 points 21 hours ago

This is a real politician who i want in office. Someone who talks the talk and walks the walk?

[–] AnotherUsername@lemmy.ml 60 points 1 day ago (1 children)

So what you're saying is he's a first amendment supporter with good aim who isn't afraid to take direct action against federal surveillance overreach, right? I think you could sell this to the Republicans as a candidate just as easily as to the Democrats.

[–] Manjushri@piefed.social 25 points 1 day ago (3 children)

I think you mean 2nd Amendment, 1st is free speech. The 2nd is right to bear arms. But you're otherwise 100% correct. If I were in the district/state he would have my vote. If we can put a pedophile in the White House, we can surely put this guy in Congress.

If money is a form of speech, so are bullets.

[–] GreyEyedGhost@piefed.ca 6 points 21 hours ago

Bullets cost money, so bullets are just a way of projecting speech. Finally, a way for the average person to "talk" to a politician where they'll actually listen.

Does this qualify me to be a Supreme Court judge?

[–] JamesTBagg@lemmy.world 1 points 15 hours ago

This is hard at fuck. This makes me hard as fuck.

[–] HasturInYellow@lemmy.world 2 points 19 hours ago

[–] Typotyper@sh.itjust.works 16 points 23 hours ago

[–] BarneyPiccolo@lemmy.today 34 points 1 day ago

He'd get my vote. ( If I were so unfortunate to have tolive in Tennessee)

[–] walden@wetshav.ing 5 points 22 hours ago (1 children)

A beautiful state ruined by rednecks and religion.

[–] Malyca@lemmy.zip 2 points 19 hours ago

There are lots of decent people in Tennessee too. I really want to visit, it's so beautiful there, especially the mountains.

[–] EarlOfSam@quokk.au 28 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Couldn't be him. He was at my birthday party all of those days.

Felony "charges". They can nullified just as easily as bad charges can be convictions if you have the correct jury.

[–] MehBlah@lemmy.world 5 points 19 hours ago

Who cares? electing felons is in fashion this decade.

Trickle down economics has failed to produce results. Subsidizing projects for corporations to reap the benefits while working class Americans struggle is fiscally irresponsible. Redirecting subsidies from multi-billion dollar corporations to public education and health programs.

Based.

[–] Nomad@infosec.pub 93 points 1 day ago (6 children)

Welp, let's get him elected and some of that immunity with it. Him running against flock and showing he is willing to do what it takes should give him good chances no?
