Today I went on a walk and found free roadside chocolate. And free roadside soup. I didn't expect the road to give me food but hey I'll take it.

Nature walks.... It has science behind it too.

This meta-analysis of 18 relevant observational studies, involved more than 3110728 sample sizes. The results suggested that increased green space percentage significantly reduced risk of depression, but had slight effect on anxiety.
