Those ARE the only working class folks, all others are just larping.
The most honest thing leftists ever did was in Disco Elysium, where they asked the question: "Are Women Bourgeoisie?"; but like any leftist confronted with truth (even their own) they immediately ran from it.
The answer is "yes".

The working class is everyone who has to labor for their income instead of living off the income they generate through their ownership of capital.

A womb is a kind of capital. It is, in the most literal sense, the means of production.

Imagine reading this and thinking this is the 'honest'. The point is that it's the dumbest thing he can possibly come up with. He's literally self inserting himself as a punchline to the joke.

Firstly I think it's funny that they think the hammer and sickle is some kind of wedge between people who do one kind of work and people who do a different kind. Wait till they see juche-WPK

Second of all communism will win because, without labor, not a single gear would turn. I don't think the same can be said about weirdos who need an ownership stake in wombs.

Third, I have yet to be convinced that collective ownership of personal property is a tenant of communism and if it was I fail to see how it contributes to nor leads to personal sovereignty and flourishing

weirdos who need an ownership stake in wombs.

I mean that is how a lot of reactionaries view women in general. There's a reason why there are so many politicians trying to restrict access to birth control and limit women's ability to divorce their husbands.

Land of the free btw

[–] Keld@hexbear.net 24 points 1 week ago (3 children)

This is all very well and good, and a good objection to aesthetic based conceptions of class. However he's saying that dubois-finger-guns women ARE bourgeois because the uterus is a person factory.

paulie-point Ayyy Ton', hows come these mooks are always runnin' defense for capitalism whiles they dehumanize broads? Ain't it a lil curious that you don't see nobody else doing that hullaballu? I'm thinking these muddafuggas are intrinsicalogically linked or something. Like suppression of women goes hand in hand with capitalism.

[–] edie@lemmy.encryptionin.space 20 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago) (2 children)

If you think about it... You own your own body, which can produce things, so in some sense everyone owns means of production and is therefore capitalist.

I know that feeling all too well. But at least we can laugh about an innocent mistake.

I own the means of pooping, I am bourgeois.

[–] QinShiHuangsShlong@lemmy.ml 6 points 1 week ago

Poo-geoisie

[–] Enjoyer_of_Games@hexbear.net 11 points 1 week ago

Yeah I think I'll logoff for a while.

[–] Infamousblt@hexbear.net 26 points 1 week ago (2 children)

A womb is only capital if children are consumable goods, which...is quite a viewpoint

[–] Blakey@hexbear.net 12 points 1 week ago

It's the human pet guy, so...

And does that mean what it sounds like?

[–] Keld@hexbear.net 20 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago) (6 children)

If what is sounds like is that he has a fetish for keeping human beings as pets which he bases his actual real life political beliefs on, then yes.

Although at this point he should maybe be known as trans cages guy, or I have no mouth and I must scream crystals for leftists guy.

The thing about cannibals is, they're edible too.

[–] Keld@hexbear.net 11 points 1 week ago (1 children)

The man thinks margarine is a condiment and food colouring is a spice (I am not kidding). He will not taste good.

I didn't say it the sense that it'd be an enjoyable meal i'm saying they aren't as divorced from their fellow man as they act and his victims have the superior right to survival.

ah I thought you were making a joke about eating the guy. My bad.

He is so much more than just that. In all the wrong ways, as can be seen in the post.

i still think the most insane post i've seen from this guy is this, when he came onto a legitimate politics-ish post talking completely unironically about how astrology doesn't work ANY MORE, because

The powers of the follwers of Pythia (later the Sisterhood of Karn) were dimished by Rassilon's Anchoring of the Thread at the temple of Atropos.

which, if you're into obscure doctor who novels from the 90s, you might recognise as the thing that made time lords infertile and gave their godking power over reality. he casually refers to pre-time lord gallifreyan witches as real historical figures. he claimed this makes sense because he is a modal realist, and did not back down

he then spent the next few days going around doctor who extended universe tumblr asking people to ask people to unblock him. this is what convinced me he is legit unreachable. no one trolls like this for this long without ever actually having any fun

[–] Blakey@hexbear.net 16 points 1 week ago (2 children)

He's maybe the purest fascist I have ever been aware of, like the most fully committed to fascism. He believes the things he says despite knowing they are literally untrue, and it just... Doesn't matter to him. His convictions are totally unrelated to reality. That's generally true of fascists and to a lesser degree liberals (and tbf I would bet all of us on the political left also believe some untrue things but I am not aware of what those things are because by definition they are things I am wrong about). The big difference with fascists is that they don't actually care whether the things they believe are true - the conviction is virtuous in itself, while liberals and people on the left generally, I think, see virtue in the correspondence of their beliefs with reality, rather than the simple fact that they believe a thing. But even fascists are not, I think, usually quite so openly divorced from reality.

In any case I wish him a very run-over-slowly-by-a-steamroller day.

[–] axont@hexbear.net 8 points 1 week ago

I've been struggling to put that particular feature of fascists into words. While they may believe in a factual reality, they simultaneously believe in a reality of ideals that is purer and superior to base level reality. It's why they can make up things about genetics or anthropology to justify their nonsense racism, because the scientific understanding is secondary. The fascist conviction is more important and truer. It's one of the reasons liberals have a difficult time talking to fascists (No one should converse with a fascist btw). Because liberals believe politics is downstream from information, which is downstream from unfiltered information. Liberals believe that if fascists are simply shown to be factually incorrect, the entire ideology will crumble.

Except fascists don't care about being factually correct, because to them facts come from a higher mindscape form of reality that fuels convictions down here in the dirty, less true world made of atoms and electricity. Some fascists are more self-aware than others I guess, for instance I think media people like Ben Shapiro are fully aware that this is what they peddle. They only seek to mystify and present the case for their ideal fabricated reality, while simultaneously knowing that it's false and doesn't conform to reality itself. But that part doesn't matter because for fascists who gain some degree of authority, the presentation of the fabricated reality is directly tied to the power and money they have.

This guy always swings from visible-disgust to bruh-moment. Really needs to find some actual IRL friend who can help him be less like if the worst parts of the internet were a person.

[–] Keld@hexbear.net 14 points 1 week ago

I can't look away, every month or so someone retweets him or brings him up and I go through his timeline.
He's genuinely become so much worse as a person too. Like I don't know how to explain it, but he is genuinely a worse person now than he was a couple months ago.

[–] WIIHAPPYFEW@hexbear.net 20 points 1 week ago (3 children)

I always read the 🚨RUDE🚨 label on bsky accts in the same way the salad can in DHMIS says it lmao

This is the same guy who claims dinosaur bones were actually dragons, magic is real, and he was unaware than Vienna and Venice are different places. He's most well known as the "human pet guy" because he once made a deranged hypothetical about how if breastfeeding in public is acceptable, then having a naked human pet on a leash should also be acceptable.

[–] Keld@hexbear.net 12 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago) (1 children)

He also believes that the nazis developed time travels and swastikas existing throughout history is actually proof of nazi influence, and further that all nazi weaponry was built using dark occult magic which is why it was better than what everyone else had at the time and to this day, that Hitler was a left winger, Mussolini was a centrist, the God Emperor of Mankind is real, and Julius Caesar and Jesus Christ were slain by the radical left.

Edit: Also that the earth is flat, but also that the hollow earth is real.

Edit 2: Also the fucking crystals man. The fucking crystals.

[–] 9to5@hexbear.net 7 points 1 week ago (1 children)

I was able to overlook everything you said but I DO draw the line at crystals

[–] Keld@hexbear.net 5 points 1 week ago (1 children)

No seriously the crystals are the weirdest part of his imaginarium. He believes Trump possesses advances alien technology and is able to upload leftists into crystals to be tortured forever by ai, so whenever anyone says anything he finds offensive he starts yelling about sending people to the crystals.

Ah so since my hysterectomy, I have become the purest version of the working class and have reached true ascension of proletarian sainthood (kidding)

[–] Keld@hexbear.net 13 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Well you're still evolutionary treasonous (The next thing he posts is about how women have evolved to be less loyal due to evolutionary pressure)

[–] Athena5898@hexbear.net 9 points 1 week ago

Ooh even better.

[–] ashinadash@hexbear.net 19 points 1 week ago

The answer is "yes".

Y'know I saw an exchange in the tumblr comments recently in which many people posited that TheCyberSmith has become an active parody of who he was when the human pet post was made. This tracks.

[–] TheoryofChange@hexbear.net 16 points 1 week ago

Even within the absurd argument being made, how is a womb a mop, but testicles aren't? They are equally reproductive organs. Misogyny overflowing to the point all forms of logic are thrown to the wayside

[–] culpritus@hexbear.net 14 points 1 week ago

the most wretched of commodities

Marx wrote to warn about the horrors of wage labor and commodifiying lives, and this poster is inspired by that to theorize about the living commodities nexus.

[–] opiumfree@hexbear.net 12 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago)

i was weaned off NATO propaganda and started to support russia simply by observing the conduct of some westerners. the belief that women are all universally bourgeoisie is something i cannot even begin to comprehend culturally... less than 150 years ago you had literal slaves in your houses who did the breastfeeding instead of the (white) birth mothers...

[–] BeanisBrain@hexbear.net 8 points 1 week ago (1 children)

I like how Bluesky mods labeled the perfectly reasonable and non-insulting reply "Rude"

[–] Keld@hexbear.net 7 points 1 week ago

The user is labelled as rude. Which is used as an arbitrary punishment by bluesky moderators, rendering your posts harder to find or invisible to some, usually done if you criticise the site or ask about some of the weirdo behaviour of the staff,

[–] PraiseCorn@hexbear.net 7 points 1 week ago

C*bersmith🤮🤮🤮

[–] barrbaric@hexbear.net 6 points 1 week ago (1 children)

I'm kinda surprised bluesky wouldn't have already banned this guy. Seems like a slam dunk.

[–] Damarcusart@hexbear.net 11 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Nah, they only ban leftists who go against the status quo. "Civil" fascists are more than welcome.
