Yeah but, 10c is 50f, which is not cold for shorts. Maybe cool at best? I wear shorts year round though 😬.

Are you a 'shorts every day' guy?
Never seen a C in my life
American education system at work.
You dropped de minus on 10C.
I understand because of a useful mnemonic I learned a few years ago. 30 is hot. 20 is nice. 10 is cold. 0 is ice. 30 is still pretty nice for most US citizens since we're not Canadian.
"When will I ever use this in real life?!?" I wonder how successful "to understand the international memes" would be in the classroom 🤔
Jackets at 30C??
as someone who has visited one of the hottest countries on Earth, yeah... 30C in countries like that, is considered chilly. There were a couple of days in a row where the temp reached 50 and kept crawling. My Scandinavian ass was not ready.
An Australian family moved to my town on some kind of exchange and yah, the one kid was still wearing a jacket at 30. Literally never wasn't cold.
Taught us how to play cricket, he was a cool kid.
I suppose posting this meme with F instead of C would confuse more of the world than this one will. When trolling its all about numbers people.
Nah, shitting on Americans is a daily requirement. No one likes Americans.
Yeah but this does double duty of normalizing °F
Also me knowing what the hell that figure is supposed to be.
Americans are used to being able to infer unknown scales of measurement
10° is a completely normal temperature to wear shorts at
That's not even flexing with the shorts. It's -15°C that's the flex
Ah, you see it’s easy! 10°C is 70°F in Canada and 30°C is 35°F in Australia. Fahrenheit is based upon comfortable temperature and since that differs by person and population the amount differs too!
Celsius is just boring old math though. Kind of like metric measurements. Everything devisable by 1000? Pffft, boooring! Give me my 600 feet to the mile and 8-1/2 football fields to league like a truely patriotic measuring system! Did I mention I actually prefer needing a lookup table to figure out unit conversions.
Heatwaves in London are strange. You see a few people outside in light sweaters. It's like they don't know what to do. It's like they don't own t-shirts
I know neither one is freezing. Or boiling, because my coffee brews at 95° C, max.
