Yeah but, 10c is 50f, which is not cold for shorts. Maybe cool at best? I wear shorts year round though 😬.
That entirely depends on where you live and what temperatures you're used too. I live in a hot part of Australia and absolutely wouldn't wear shorts in 10c because my body is acclimated to hotter weather.

Yes, that's the exact point I'm making. If you're used to colder than 10c, then 10c isn't very cold to you.
