Well it'a a good thing i'm on grapheneOS... Only problen is now obvious fed Richard Medhurst is telling me I made a good decision there. Uh oh
GrapheneOS is going to follow whatever decisions Google makes. They only add security related features on top of AOSP.
They are too busy begging to be added as a trusted OS to SafetyNet attestation checks to ever bite daddy Google. This is why they wrap Google Play Services instead of maintaining and integrating something like MicroG.
Now that they have a business relationship with Motorola, you can guarantee features circumventing the capitalist dragnet will be deprioritized over "security" features. Motorola does not want their phones to be locked out of services gated by remote attestation.
Android is dead. Mobile Linux is the only real alternative.
