her music defined my childhood, but i've never seen this video.
she must have been freezing during the grand canyon shots -- having been born and raised in the area and seeing the snow and wind in the video makes me aware of how amazingly cold that rim of the grand canyon can get.
also learning about her death today; my own mortality a few days ago; and seeing the colorado river in this video at a level that it hasn't reached since i was a child due to climate change, hit hard in some strange way.
