Yeah, so this doesn't surprise me because many people on 
reported this exact same experience with no warning. I only saw a few accounts stating good experiences, and they honestly look sus like they could be ran by bots or undercover admins from this company.
I got some work done at least. I got some money coming, and I will be able to use it to cover my phone bill.
On one hand, I'm pissed, but on the other hand, I felt guilty doing this job anyway because it deals with training generative AI, which is value misalignment for certain. I really do not want to play in part in improving a form of technology that can only lead to immense and widespread harm.
I really hope what I hear back from the hospital job I got a referral for is good. I should get an update by Thursday of this week. Until then, I got other interviews setup.
This job is at a whole new AI training company... they are very bad at communication. I have reached out to them for technical issues and took a long time before getting any response. They'd respond asking me to confirm certain information and still take forever to give a response to my response.
They only recently fixed a technical issue that prevented me from working for like a few days, and shortly after they fix it, I get removed anyway.
