sodium batteries don't catch fire
Good. Do it right. Make it separate cells that switch off. Only start draining the next one when the first one reaches 20%. Cycle them so each one lasts longer.
If it's just one cell, it may last three or four days, but a full night of charging won't top it off.
My iPhone is always at 90% (what I set the limiter to) every time I get up in the morning. It's around 65-70% when I put it up for the night. It's a 16 Pro Max, so I think it's around a 4600mAh cell. It's not quite 5K, though the 18 Pro Max is said to hit that milestone. We won't know until October though.
My 10,000 mAh battery bank charges in like an hour. Your phone should easily charge in less than 2 hours. Your wall wart is under powered.

My iPhone tells me that every night I plug it in. It actually says "slow charger." It's fine because it's still charged in the morning. Jury's still out, last I heard, on whether fast charging every day hurts a battery or not. I'm inclined toward not, but I think the extra heat isn't good for it. Still, EVs fast charge, and you want to carry those for like a decade or more, so it can't be that bad. But I'm not that technical on batteries.
I had the 9600mAh or whatever it was ZeroLemon battery for the Galaxy S3, and I was using a 2A charger with it. It wouldn't fully charge overnight. Back then we didn't have all the fast charging technologies, though. These days, I don't doubt you. I have a 10,000mAh power bank and it does charge pretty quickly.

It does not. Slow charging actually hurts the battery more. You should watch the HTX video who did extensive testing and the conclusion was, use the phone however you want. Keeping it charged between 20%-80% kept better battery health. But, you were better off not worrying about it at all.

They set a charge limiter on their phone to stop charging at 90%. Its not at 90% because the charger is slow.
