But now he's trying to tie himself to the 250th anniversary, put his name all over every bill and building. It's his son's that are running all the insider trading deals and background economic tricks.

Imo, paying for reconstruction is the moral thing to do when there is no rational basis for a war. I have no idea whether $300b is the right amount.
The highest estimated cost by the OBM for universal healthcare in the US is $290B.

So the agreement could be simpler.... It basically says the US (and allies) stop breaking internationallaw, and pay Iran a fuckload of money to rebuild all the stuff they blew up while breaking international law. Iran must agree to continue to abide by the lawful agreements that were in place before the pointless and illegal US military assault.
