Well fable was interesting until the US government basically blocked it for the whole world.

Was it really or is this all a publicity stunt to make it seem like it's more capable than it is?

It will be interesting to see if this is just a prereq for certain models like Fable, or if they roll this out more widely.

There are certainly some governments around the world that have considered requiring age verification for chatbots. Not sure any such laws are already in effect.

I don't even want to express an opinion whether I find that worse or less bad than doing so for social media.
