My brother had a friend we thought was "his people." Unfortunately last year he decided he cared more about fitting in at school than protecting his or my immunocompromised mothers health, so he stopped masking and completely broke off contact with my brother. But sure, we're the grouches for not wanting our mother to get sicker
yeah because nobody will wear a goddamn mask. kinda hard to make friends from a pool of people who will put you in the hospital or the ground

I go out every day but never meet people, it's mainly trees and squirrels out there
Don't get me wrong, I would walk through glass for my friends but my patio door is like 2cm thick tempered glass and I don't think I could break it.
