Kind of a missed opportunity that those medals were never seen again in the entire rest of the series.
Good point, we need an eight part series on what happened to those medals, with cameos from Ahsoka and Darth Maul and Vader.
I think it’s high time we find a reason to recanonize Mungo Baobab.
It would totally be in-character for Han to spend the rest of the trilogy wearing a medal.
