I don't think they calling Iran demons, more so it's just a play on a common fantasy trope of defeating the demon lord and their demon army; Not that Iran are demons but that the propaganda portrays them as such.

Also, the first post was possibly just a play on the trope and not an intended reference to Iran, tho the addition applied that theoreric pattern to the actual conflict.
