Hello fellow Calvin and Hobbes fans!
About this community and how I post the comic strip… The comics are posted in chronological order on the day (usually) they were released. Posting them to match the release date adds a bit of fun and nostalgia to match the experience of reading them in the newspaper for first time. Many moons ago, I would ask my Dad to save the newspaper for me everyday so I could read my favorite comic strips. It really sucked when I missed a day. Only years later, when I got the books was I able to catch up on the missed strips.

It does, but man does it suck.
I had a week-long power outage once and it was the most productive week of my whole life. Computers have ruined me
A week! Heat is electric around me. If that week happened at the wrong time people would be dead.
In my case it was only my house affected because I flooded it 😓
Snowed in? Candles under inverted terra cotta pots will radiate heat into the room. Then just pile blankets on yourself.
Hot summer? Pop over to the mall and walk around for a few hours.
yeah ill just grab up my candles and terra cotta pots. I mean I don't think I would die as I would at the very least go to the police or fire station but there are always some that die every time.
