I don’t know why this is even a question. They’ve clearly halted. Russia’s advanced sometime ago, and have been making serious strategic strikes deep inside of Russian territory against which Russia cannot defend.

They have singularly redefined warfare with their astonishing, ability to manufacture at an amazing rate and two strike Russia, not only on the front lines, but inside Russian territory. Frankly, it’s amazing what Ukraine has been able to accomplish at a nearly 3:1 kill ratio.

They’re kicking Russia’s ass while making them look like idiots.

Propaganda, duh.

That's why the headline is formatted that way.

Because they want for people to read it and think "no", even though it's not true

The tide has clearly been stopped for now. I think that in half a year to a year from now, we can see if the tide turned, if Ukraine systematically takes back land. I'm a bit worried about Russia's development of their own drone forces, it's not inconceivable that they close the gap in the near future and then start pushing again. Hopefully they won't have the finances to pull it off.
