I don't know if we can top this, honestly. He reblueskied a post condemning shoplifting while he was on his way across the country to commit a mass shooting.

I mean its not as strange or surprising as it appears on the surface level

What are radical centrists except true believers in neoliberalism, who consciously or subconsciously subscribe to the dogma of "there's no such thing as society, only individuals"

So what's an individual to do when they see someone making a mockery of the nonsensical idealism they base their identity around? Certainly the concept of collective action is out of the question because to them that's fantasy or science fiction

But as a result of foregoing real human connection they immediately fall into a self-referential spiral where their entire identity is subsumed by constant intensifying reaction to the thing that constantly thwarts their individual idealism.....the only road this leads to poltically is adventurism, the ultimate expression of individualism

It also doesn't help that the only other individuals a person like this takes seriously (the neoliberal elites) constantly bow down to Trump, creating a powerful cognitive dissonance in the mind of an already isolated personality

The very avatars of your idealism surrendering to the monster that is destroying it? Yeah it's not a surprise these fanatics snap

Radical centrists have apparently hit an integer overflow on their ideology stat and now every calculus they do somehow equals botch an assassination

It looks like centrist adventurists are the only ones willing to fight (badly) for what they believe in. They're not afraid to shoot (and miss). That's it, I'm a radical centrist from now on. I'm thinking of starting a new party, called the American Centrist Party.

Was driving a coworker to the train station and his liberal self was talking about taking things into his own hands. Like sure buddy this is the breaking point? Whole time he was defending Biden's warcrimes and ecocide

For fun, I imagined the title of the post that this is responding to. Obviously it's:

Why are all the Trump assassins amorphous, incoherent libs?
