Would be interesting to know percentage of them only get the Flu shot because it was required vs those that already get it even if they weren't military.
So in the event of a flu outbreak the drunk asshole in charge of the "Department of War" will be just fine with ~20% of solders bedridden and the loss of additional staff needed to care for them.
