Sneako is a fascist and an opportunistic manosphere streamer, and until recently he aligned himself with MAGA. Now all of a sudden he's began calling himself a "socialist", and hangs out with all sorts of right-devationist "socialists". If I remember correctly, he and other manosphere types "converted" to Islam as part of their grift, but it hasn't really worked out for him. I guess now it's time to jump onto something else.
I don't exactly know who's funding or pushing all this, but I fear we're going to see more and more of these reactionary wreckers, and attempts in the near future to hijack growing leftist movements.

Okay about about 80 minutes into the video they start talking about disagreements. They both agree that Trump (or The West) is the literal antichrist. They disagree on whether anyone will try to stop the antichrist. Dugin thinks that other countries will try to stop the antichrist because it's the right thing to do. Jiang thinks that China will not try to stop the antichrist because Chinese people are too comfortable.
Jiang does refer to this video as a debate at the end.

I said 'literal' antichrist but I should have emphasized it more. Both Dugin and Jiang said they believe that Trump is the biblical version of the antichrist and that the antichrist is trying to cause the biblical end the world. Jiang says that Russia will try to stop the antichrist because Russia is a 'moral' ie christian society but China will not because China is secular and I guess therefore immoral.
I guess they don't disagree about much but it looks like a debate format. At the start of the video Jiang says that he gets inspiration from reading Dugin's books and then Dugin says that Jiang is the only Chinese academic who understands his works.
