What the fuck?

You can do that?

Nobody will kick down the door and stop you?

Also, how was it?

I did it, and I am still alive to tell the tale (so far).

It was absolutely delicious.

Watch out for angry Italian grandmas, but maybe this isn't akin to snapping the spaghetti lol

Care to share the recipe?

For sure, this is the recipe I used as a baseline, although I modified it as follows:

  • used ziti pasta instead of macaroni
  • used Mexican style four cheese shredded cheese instead of just cheddar
  • used diced tomatoes in addition to tomato sauce
  • did not use Parmesan cheese or green onions (although obviously you can if you want)
  • mixed the ziti and meat before spooning it into the pan

I think next time I may use more meat, but it still turned out great!

I’m thinking a can or two of Rotel instead of tomato sauce would really knock this up a notch.

I think what you meant to make was enchiladas but failed at lasagna instead.

This is what happens when you don't have tortillas.

I swear cheese nowadays just always looks fake compared to what I remember it being.

Same with breads, way too spongy and it just doesn't mold anymore.

I don't know what you're talking about. I feel like my bread molds far too easily.

Maybe it was just the vallagio and demoters that suck and don't mold/get spongy.
