That honestly made me think this was an April Fools joke. I had to look up corroborating articles to confirm (also because TMZ is garbage).
Accounting to this AP article: Her motorcade was passing by. They stopped. One of the state troopers in her motorcade helped pull him out of the burning car, along with two other bystanders. She brought them a handheld fire extinguisher.

Lucid is run by an ex Tesla engineer. The Gravity is a great name because it's a bloated SUV weighing over 6,000 lbs, 3 tons.
