Oh popular mechanics. I'm not even clicking. They are the people behind those free plans for self propelled sleds using old lawnmower motors that just so happen to be able to run horizontally and with proper side mont holes that magically appear.

Now a team of scientists at the University of Konstanz in Germany have once again proven why the word “theory,” which allows some flexibility for future discoveries, replaced “laws” in today’s scientific parlance.

Uhhh, what? Totally expected craptastic PM article.
