badposting is a comm where you post badly

This is not a !the_dunk_tank@hexbear.net alternative. This is not a !memes@hexbear.net alternative. This is a place for you to post your bad posts.

Ever had a really shitty bit idea? Joke you want to take way past the point of where it was funny? Want to feel like a stand-up comedy guy who's been bombing a set for the past 30 minutes straight and at this point is just saying shit to see if people react to it? Really bad pun? A homemade cringe concoction? A cognitohazard that you have birthed into this world and have an urge to spread like chain mail?

Rules:

  1. Do not post good posts.
    • Unauthorized goodposting is to be punished in the manner of commenting the phrase "GOOD post" followed by an emoji that has not yet been used in the thread
    • Use an emoticon/kaomoji/rule-three-abiding ASCII art if the rations run out
  2. This is not a comm where you direct people to other people's bad posts. This is a comm where you post badly.
  3. This rule intentionally left blank.
  4. If you're struck for rule 3, skill issue, not allowed to complain about it.

Code of Conduct applies just as much here as it does everywhere else. Technically, CoC violations are bad posts. On the other hand: L + ratio + get ~~better~~ worse material bozo

With a large enough spread we won't need to shoot straight!

remember, dropping nails while driving near massle production site with turned off phone and dirty plate is unlikely to be picked up by anything

The other night, while I was walking the dog, some wankers were chucking firecrackers out the sides of a car for some unknowable reason and they tossed one onto the pavement right in front of me.

All I could think to do at the time was punt it as far as possible to try and minimise the shock the dog would feel from the noise. But I'm still a bit pissed off about it.

Half tempted to grab some mates and give these dickheads a good ol' vehicular broadsidering.

That's messed up. Quick thinking kicking it away.

Be mindful that the diagram shows a crew operating out of an old car with bench seats, I'm not sure you could have two shooters in most modern cars.

Also the method suggested is for property damage. You could target dickheads but they would witness you, which might be a concern if that vehicle visits you regularly. Mask up there's covid out.

I appreciate your advice. Tbh, I'm not entirely married to the slingshot idea. I know where these fuckers go to get high and I'm just tossing some ideas 'round in my head to fuck with them while they're off their tits.

True true. Let the punishment fit the crime.

Missiles must be small, dense and relatively round (c). Avoid irregularly shaped objects (d), as they don’t fly true. Small rocks, steel bearings, and large nuts (e) are good. In illustration (f) you can see how one or two slingshotters can hit a target from a passing car. The hand holding the slingshot must not extend outside the vehicle (f). The driver must signal when it is safe, ensuring that the hit cannot be observed by nearby drivers. Avoid using your brake lights or deliberately slowing down and then making a fast getaway. Try a couple of practice sessions on a remote country road first. To a passerby, the hit must be indistinguishable from the actions and movements of a typical passing car.
