Brazil gas stations sell Diesel, petrol or ethanol.
Ethanol today is 88 cents a litre.
trucks cant use ethanol, many old cars just can't run on ethanol, ethanol still uses way more volume per distance traveled, comparing ethanol price per volume to petrol price per volume is nonsensical
although the ethanol and local offshore oil extraction does help soften the blow, brazil still suffers immensenly from it
