  1. Be respectful: no harassment, hate speech, bigotry, and/or trolling.
  2. Encourage conversation in your OP. This means including heavily implicative subject matter when you can and also engaging in your thread when possible.
  3. Avoid controversial topics (e.g. politics or societal debates).
  4. Stay calm: Don’t post angry or to vent or complain. We are a place where everyone can forget about their everyday or not so everyday worries for a moment. Venting, complaining, or posting from a place of anger or resentment doesn't fit the atmosphere we try to foster at all. Feel free to post those on !goodoffmychest@lemmy.world

Are you only considering Europe?

Wait until you find out how many of those countries want you to live there.

Edit: this answer was 85% serious, 15% joking. The countries may not have anything against you personally, but the actions of russia, the state, have soured relations so badly that the attitude people have towards your government, leaks to their attitude to you personally.

You said that Russia should be red, but at the same time, I shouldn't live in any other country. So what should I do?

I edited my comment but It was too late.

I'm sorry that you are in the situation you are, I truly am. The actions your government has taken has made me a bit blind to the issues normal people in russia have. But to be brutally honest, I don't really care, as long as Ukrainians are being bombed. It sucks that you live there, it sucks that you cant leave. I'm sorry for all that. I wish I could help, but I can't. Other than helping Ukraine survive. If Ukraine wins, maybe putin falls and russia can build itself to something better. Maybe.

Where you are allowed to live as a russian

[–] FelixCress@lemmy.world 4 points 12 hours ago

I guess they can live in Belarus as well. As long as Lukashenko is in power.

Russia has had a lot of brain drain since the fall of the USSR. They've always had good universities, and the kids of the educated often speak good enough English to leave. It's estimated between 1/2-1 million people have fled since the war.

Not even in Russia? How sad.

[–] alina@lemmy.world 0 points 12 hours ago (1 children)

Russia is grey because I already live here

[–] HuudaHarkiten@piefed.social 1 points 12 hours ago

So... You want to illegally occupy Ukraine, even though they don't want you there (since it's post-2022). But Serbia is a bridge too far!?
