Why are flat earthers so badly harassed and ridiculed by globers? (feddit.online)

Why? Why is it that globers can't have civil and rational discussions about the shape of the earth and they always resort to harassment, personal attacks, and name-calling? If science really is about learning from being wrong why can't they just accept that they don't understand or know the explanation to a phenomenon explained by flat earth. Instead they have to call us names and attack us for challenging their own worldview.

If you don't know just say you don't know or don't engage, don't call me or others names in the comments. Let's keep this civil.

People don't take flat-earthers seriously because there's no evidence for a flat earth and all the evidence for the Earth being a globe.

There is tons of evidence to suggest the flat shape of the earth and a lot of people get off from harassing us. Please don't trivialize the situation.

We'll keep it civil when you follow the rules of science and debate.

Provide evidence showing the Earth is flat that is strong enough to counter the literal video we have showing that it is a sphere.

Until then, get lost troll.
