Those poor patients. I see that and think of my parents or loved ones being put in a position like that.
This is why rich countries should share medical knowhow & resources (we are already importing their doctors as is).
In that case this seems to be more about pest control and building standards
Must be that new bubonic plague treatment, which promises a cure to all diseases...
