They let Oliver North be a military analyst on fox?!? He should be in fucking prison.

Just sharing this clip from American Dad in case you haven't seen it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lFV1uT-ihDo

American Dad is so much better than Family Guy for being pretty much the exact same show and I can’t explain to you why.

[–] Catoblepas@piefed.blahaj.zone 10 points 1 month ago (1 children)

It’s because Seth Macfarlane was less involved with it than with Family Guy, from what I heard.

Crazy. I always just assumed he made family guy and it was such a hit moneymaker that he got to make the shows he actually wanted to. Like I loved Ted and 1000 ways to die in the west and the Orville.

Edit: I made this inference based on nothing but vibes.

Allegedly he got bored of it/busy with other shows after the first season. Who knows if he literally just rubber stamps it or is still involved but concentrating more on other stuff

It's because the family members in American Dad have actual heart. Stan and company are zany, but they really care about each other.

That's exactly what I said. I didn't even know that traitorous cunt was still alive. How the fuck are you gonna give him money.

Do you think he manages his own twitter? Also can you post directly onto someone’s twitter? Because the only positive I can see in this new factoid I’ve been presented with is that I can finally fulfill a lifelong dream of telling Oliver North to k*** himself.

They drew him as if this is the first time he's seen the sky

I didn’t even realise they did one, I’ve been overdue to listen to them anyway.

The old gangs getting back together for one last job.

His dedication to remaining a piece of shit for alll these years is remarkable.

The one thing I hate the most about this timeline is that it’s unoriginal.

Kinda looks like Harrison Ford

Well, sure? I mean, they both were smugglers and took the fall for their leaders.

It’s just that one was working for the evil empire and the other for the resistance.

[–] WhiskyTangoFoxtrot@lemmy.world 2 points 1 month ago

Both of them worked for the evil empire. Only one of them stayed, though.

I rode an elevator with him in the US Courthouse while he was on trial

Has nothing to do with anything

So…he was punished and he learned his lesson?
