Don't know much about Saudi Arabia but USA and Israel are terror groups.
Saudi runs the Wahabi sect which commands all the ISIS style terror groups. Basically the Saudi family allied with the Brits during WW1 to fight against the Ottoman empire and in exchange for their betrayal they got Saudi Arabia. They have been loyal lapdogs of the empire since then and fight against any resistance group in the region. Jolani the new dictator of Syria is also Saudi.
