Yeah, these articles shouldn't say "a federal judge..." "Trump lackey Aileen Cannon has once again protected her masters."
Anyone who'd understand and/or care would already know - which specific one it is doesn't much matter as they're all corrupt AF, and need to be removed from the bench as soon as some semblance of sanity is restored to our government.
The point is that the ones who don't know should know. That's like the entire point of news. If the article keeps it vague, then people who are barely paying attention might think that an actual judge made a legal ruling based on the law. They might assume that a federal judge is non-partisan and independent.
I thought she got removed? Didn't someone determine she was unqualified for her post or illegitimately appointed or something? Or was that someone else?

TBF, he's the hero because he plays by the rules. If he stops now, the only credibility he'll have any impact on is his own.

What makes you believe him leaking his report would change a damned thing (that actually needs changing, rather than just hurting himself) if all the shit that's come out already hasn't managed to do so? GMAFB!
I didn't say it would change anything. I said his morals are as useful as his report, meaning not at all. It's a good thing Smith, Biden, and Garland took their time though huh. We wouldn't want to set the precedent of impropriety.
Jack Smith was appointed in Nov. 2022 and filed the first charges in June of 2023. Call out Biden and Garland, but Smith was pretty focused and hit the ground running.
That's what one does if one wants to make their case solid enough to withstand the inevitable attacks from the opposition. Get your head out of the cloud of fantasy, and start operating in the real world. Or don't, and just be another useless troll. Whatever. This is pointless, and I'm done wasting my time with you Blocked.
The real world seems to be one where the fascists basically never suffer consqences for their actions. Off the top of my head we have that kid that got punched, Charlie Kirk, and that one lady on January 6th that have suffered real consequences.
I get it, Jack Smith is doing his job. I guess it's up to the rest of us if we want justice to be done.
