I’m not upset about someone betting against Trump and winning. There was no guarantee that the supremes wouldn’t vote in his favor, considering the majority just do whatever the hell they want instead of following the law.

As the Commerce Secretary, Lutnick played a major role in the tariff policies. So, while he was pushing for the tariffs, he was setting himself up to profit when they would inevitably be ruled unconstitutional.
