Well, I got the emails out today. In my mind that's when a product is officially launched, even though there are way more people out there than just our mailing list. But product launches are a marathon, not a sprint. We use a financial year that finishes at the end of March so I really just have to do as much as I can until then.

Uhh. 4pm and I don’t know what I’ve done with the day. I feel so unproductive.
Dinner was lazy today, but very tasty. Toasted ham and cheese sandwich. Thick sliced sourdough, aged cheddar, smoked ham, relish. Buttered on the outside. Mmm.

Broccoli has been very expensive lately, a staple in my meals no more
Substitute with frozen broccoli? Although I find that the texture isnt as nice as fresh

Hmm I paid around $3 at Aldi last week. This shortage explains why there were only two bags left.
As the person in our house who does most of the shopping, I can tell inflation is up without waiting for the RBA to tell us. Prices been going up like crazy the last few months.

Finally listening to the new Karnivool album and man, it's just so good to hear new music from these guys again. I don't care if this album doesn't end up being as good as Sound Awake, it's always special when these guys get together to make music

Not much to do today, the Young Seagoons are moving, I have a little tidying , some shopping, and then do my weekly UnKAOS and work planning . 🙂
I really nailed my salad for lunch. The dressing was just a simple lime juice and yoghurt based, but once mixed in the salad with the egg, avocado, parmesan and bacon bits it was a perfect balance. I hope the lime and saltbush dressing I've done for the side salad for dinner tonight is as successful.
When are you opening your cafe. I would like to make a reservation please.
No reservations, I'm going to make every one wait in a long line down the street until I feel like it's the right time to serve them.

I can hear crickets outside. Made me think I haven’t really heard them much this summer, maybe it’s been too dry? They’ve come out because of yesterdays rain?
