I really nailed my salad for lunch. The dressing was just a simple lime juice and yoghurt based, but once mixed in the salad with the egg, avocado, parmesan and bacon bits it was a perfect balance. I hope the lime and saltbush dressing I've done for the side salad for dinner tonight is as successful.

No reservations, I'm going to make every one wait in a long line down the street until I feel like it's the right time to serve them.

I add pepitas to most of my salads. Gives a nice crunch and is super good for you.

I'm not a huge fan of seeds in my salad. I like to make croutons to give crunch, or just rely on the crunchiness of cos lettuce.
