He is absolutely a fucking loser. He lost multiple elections, bankrupted many businesses, failed at many things he's attempted, and is one of the most hated men of the past 100 years. He behaves like an insolent toddler at all times. He cannot handle hearing "no", ever. A fucking loser through and through.

Your snarky point that "he's getting away with a lot and anyone who suggests otherwise" ought to fall flat because everyone gets that he's succeeding at a lot of awful things. But he fails at basic human decency every fucking time. And that's very clearly what was meant here.

Calling all American losers when nearly half of voters voted against Trump—including those currently risking their lives protesting against ICE—isn't a very measured take of the situation.

It is Americans who are losers at this moment.

As I interpret this, It is observing that we are the losers right now, not that we are Losers.

That seems pretty accurate. It is why we are protesting and trying to organize.

We are losers right now. We are Losers if we don't fix it.

That's my distinction anyway.

People are downvoting them because there are multiple interpretations of the word loser and Trump fits many of them. The comment was a huge "akshually, he's succeeding" and that's annoying.

Sen. Tim Scott, a close Trump ally and prominent Black Republican from South Carolina who is leading the Senate’s campaign efforts this year, wrote he was “praying it was fake because it’s the most racist thing I’ve seen out of this White House.”

I'm wracking my brain to determine what Mr. Scott means by "fake".

Not an excuse but I truly believe that with whatever mental issues he has, he's incapable of any real self-reflection.

He is so messed up that he really seems to believe all the words coming out of his mouth must be the truth.

Oh I'm not trying to imply there have been any recent changes. It's just being exposed more now.

I think there's enough evidence that his child-like behavior has been there since, well his childhood. People with his mental well being definitely shouldn't have this much power as it's clear they can't use it responsibly.
