Nah pretty sure he was this racist well before any issues took hold. He's always been a narcissist.

Oh I'm not trying to imply there have been any recent changes. It's just being exposed more now.

I think there's enough evidence that his child-like behavior has been there since, well his childhood. People with his mental well being definitely shouldn't have this much power as it's clear they can't use it responsibly.
