Lol yeah so believable. In 2015, not only did truth itself die, so did the concept of evidence. The right wing in particular now just says shit and they act like there is no such thing as evidence. They don't bother proving anything. If pressed, they just say more bullshit. Closest they come to evidence is their media sometimes will either make up fake evidence or pretend evidence means something it absolutely doesn't, but they usually avoid these things too. They'd rather just say shit. And the trump base has trained them that it works. Just say shit. Call a nurse a terrorist. Claim there's a conspiracy to replace the white race. Only evidence you need is that it makes you feel something you want to feel.
The Emoluments clause was dead the moment they let him get away with keeping his companies in the first term. What is happening now is just consequences of that and it's too little too late.
