I might. You can never determine that the files will never be released. It could always be next week. So I'd never have to pay out. Then if, by some gross bureaucratic incompetence, they accidentally release the files, I could still collect.
Just to buy time for other things while people obsess over the files probably. Drip feed it to keep everyone wrapped up in the wrong scandal

The media as well as EVERYBODY ELSE is talking about it less. Key word there is less. I didn’t say “not talking about it at all”.
