The federal agents involved in fatal shooting of Alex Pretti in Minnesota over the weekend have been placed on administrative leave, the Guardian has learned.

A spokesperson for Customs and Border Patrol said in a statement to the Guardian: “The two officers involved are on administrative leave. This is standard protocol.”

So, the names are known and an incident report with their names exists.

They, along with Johnathan Ross, might want to consider a move to a country with no extradition treaty while they still can.

I'm not sure we're respecting extradition within the US anymore. Ross used to live in Minnesota but after he murdered someone other agents were seen moving stuff from his house and he's been disappeared to somewhere else in the country - if Minnesota prosecutors decide the video evidence they do have is enough to convict and they bring charges, do you think the Confederate States of America will return him to face justice?

Oh NOOO! Off work and still getting paid. Bet they won't lose those $50k bonuses either. That'll teach'em.

what about goode, villegas-gonzález, porter, martinez, Zambrano-Contrera, and Moncada if I have not missed any. All agents involved in a shooting should be relived of their weapon and right to carry them as well as taken out of the field.
