Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.

I'm sure the benefits of vaping will save her though.

Tbf, if you spent 25yr addicted to jumping in front of trucks, yeah I'd probably recommend that while you should stop, if you need an intermediary then switching to smart cars is at least good harm reduction.

I think the risk here is that people who vape will be even more interested.
Nah, the problem is that no one is comparing anything to smoking, so for her to start out the conversation by bringing up the benefit of vaping compared to smoking is a bit of a red flag.
Isn't he directly saying that she's smoking, though? It seems like from her perspective he just used a pickup line about something he thought she was doing, she corrected him and (presumably) started to mention how it's way healthier than cigarettes, and he noped out.
Not really anything wrong here, just a bit cringe overall.
In the first panels she is clearly not vaping, I think the pick up line is that she is "smokin' hot" and then shes completely misinterprets it and pulls out her vape
Yeah, that indeed seems to be the whole premise of the joke.
