Mildly Interesting

This is for strictly mildly interesting material. If it's too interesting, it doesn't belong. If it's not interesting, it doesn't belong.

This is obviously an objective criteria, so the mods are always right. Or maybe mildly right? Ahh.. what do we know?

Just post some stuff and don't spam.

New Yorker here.

Do yourself a favor and do not go to that event.

Before 9/11 it was cool. People wandered from bar to bar, or drank in the street, and at midnight you'd watch the ball drop.

Since 9/11 there are a million cops, you are penned in with few bathrooms, and it's a nightmare to get in or out.

Yeah... Went once and it was definitely a "never again" type of event

This is one of my favorite 'made in NY' movies.

Got Times Square right.

Does that mean America has reached puberty?

If it had then the president wouldn't be interested anymore

I mean, I'd rather he ignore us than gestures wildly at everything

Drop number two will take place at 12:04 a.m. to honor America’s 250th anniversary.

Pretty sure America is older than that.
