Yesterday I opened my present to reveal the soda stream I bought myself. A friend was like "oh but aren't they an Israeli company?".

I finished removing the wraps, never even opened the box and sent them an email for a return. Immediately bought an Aarke as a replacement. I'd rather have no present on Christmas morning, wait a few days and pay extra, but I will never use an Israeli brand again.

Not saying that to flex, just to say that even a semi apathetic millennial is driven to a hard boycott by their collective choices. I don't expect they'll come back from that in my lifetime.

They sell a really nice looking peanut butter snack at Costco, I loved it, until I saw made in Israel; I will not be buying it any time soon.

Honestly good for you the peanuts are almost certainly grown in kibbutzim built on stolen land, by hardcore orthodox.

The Israeli people voted for Netanyahu, who used histororical strategies to convince good, normal people into demonisaing another, cohabiting people and thinking that complete extermination is the only and final solution. Not subtle,

Makes me think Netanyahu and Hitler are very similar fellows who both want similar things.

If reincarnation is real, it'd be real fucked up but unsurprising if Hitler was reincarnated as a Jew as punishment but instead of learning a good lesson he learned from his mistakes he learned how to get away with genocide this time.

Every Israeli I have ever talked with is at the top of my list for most racist and awful people I have ever encountered. The delusional and brainwashed bullshit they spout is so awful I try to actively forget it.

I wonder why?

Congrats Israel, you’ve earned it.

The NBI assesses countries’ global reputations across six areas, including tourism, people, culture, immigration, exports and governance. Japan, Germany, Canada, Italy, Switzerland and Britain ranked among the highest, while Israel came behind countries including India, Kenya, Russia, Ukraine and Namibia.

(In case anyone else doesn't know what this is referring to, seems like an interesting metric)

I hate when I-told-you-so moments like this come with such a high body count.
