The Fan-Created Content Guidelines are not a contract that PETA has entered into. There are no grounds for a lawsuit for breach of contract, for copyright infringement, or for anything else.

peta is know to create images of game IP to promote their agenda

This time they did it for Uma Musume, I'm not going to link their post as I don't want to give peta any promotion

https://umamusume.com/fan-createdguide/

Uma Musume has content creation guidelines for fan content that must be followed because it is their intellectual property which peta violated and they'll probably get sued for it if peta doesn't take it down

From what I recall of the image they created, they broke rules 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7

They've also got the Uma Musume fan base pissed off and it'll only be a matter of time before Cy Games hears of it if they haven't already.

Isn't this fair use of copyrighted material? I know Japan is kinda special on the rules of copyright, but PETA is not based from there so why should they care about the guidelines?

I guess this could also be a case for freedom of speech
