At my previous job they had a "dealing with overworking" webinar within the first few days I joined. During the webinar it came out that like 75% of the people in my department worked unpaid overtime every week... I only lasted a year there, not for that reason specifically but it was definitely an interesting first impression...

Best I can do is clean out half a storage closet, put a broken wobbly chair in it, replace the warm orange-hued light with a harsh fluorescent one, put a security camera pointing directly at the chair, and then lock the closet so you have to ask to get in.

I'm a strong believer that those cold spectrum fluorescents are stressful as hell and they're a major reason people hate their office job, but they don't know that part.
